Terms and Conditions for The Hero MMA Fight Academy

Welcome to The Hero MMA Fight Academy (“the Academy”). By enrolling in our programs, using our facilities, or participating in any activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or attending classes, programs, or using the services provided by the Academy, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in adult programs.
- Minors (below 18) must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- The Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
3. Health and Safety
- All participants must be in good physical health to participate in training sessions.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the Academy of any medical conditions or injuries before starting any session.
- The Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training, including, but not limited to, sparring, drills, and other physical activities.
4. Membership and Fees
- Membership fees, class fees, and other charges are non-refundable.
- Memberships are subject to renewal based on the payment terms agreed upon at the time of registration.
- Failure to pay membership fees on time may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain a respectful attitude towards trainers, staff, and other participants.
- Any behavior that is disruptive, aggressive, or harmful will result in immediate expulsion from the Academy without a refund.
- Participants must follow the rules and regulations of the Academy at all times.
6. Use of Facilities
- Participants must treat all equipment and facilities with care and respect.
- Any damage caused to the Academy’s property, either intentional or due to negligence, will be the financial responsibility of the participant.
- The Academy reserves the right to make changes to class schedules, instructors, or facilities as needed.
7. Personal Belongings
- The Academy is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Participants are encouraged to keep personal belongings in secure lockers if provided.
8. Liability Waiver
- By participating in any training or activities at the Academy, participants assume full responsibility for the risk of injury.
- The Academy, its owners, trainers, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants.
- Participants must sign a liability waiver before attending any classes or activities.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Classes may be canceled or rescheduled at the Academy’s discretion. In such cases, members will be informed in advance.
- Refunds are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances determined by the Academy’s management.
10. Media Release
- By enrolling in the Academy, participants agree to allow the Academy to take photographs and videos of classes and events. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials.
- If a participant does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform the Academy in writing.
11. Termination of Membership
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate memberships without notice for any violation of these terms or behavior deemed inappropriate.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of membership termination due to a violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Jurisdiction].
13. Modifications
